Reactive & Planned Maintenance
At Alan S. Dickson Electrical Contractors Limited we pride ourselves on being able to attend to call outs rapidly in the case of emergencies or when urgent works require being carried out.
Even if the works are not necessarily urgent, we still aim to attend the same day to resolve any issues you may have.
If addition to the above, we carry out planned maintenance visits to properties (i.e. offices, landlord’s common areas, car parks etc.) throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and all across the central belt.
We offer to undertake either weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly visits depending on your requirements. As part of this service we can also incorporate emergency lighting tests as part of the visit.
By having a planned maintenance contract in place, you can ensure that defective lamps/components are replaced regularly as required without the need to call us out.
